Nivin El Aawar is the Head of Admissions at International School of London in Qatar. She is a mother for two adorable daughters who attended International education since the beginning of their learning journey.

Nivin holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management from Cavendish College UK. With 16 years of diverse working experience in International and Multi-national companies between Lebanon, Abu Dhabi and Qatar, Nivin held different roles in Human Resources and Management, such as Office Manager, Human Resource Director, Business Owner of Management Consultancy, General Manager of trading company, and business development for recruitment consultant.

In addition, Nivin is a certified Life Coach and one of the first group graduated in Qatar as a member of the International Coaching Federation, she is also certified for Parental and Family Coaching and currently enrolled in a master’s program in Organization and Business Psychology at the University of Liverpool. Nivin is a member of the Professional Women Network in Qatar, and had membership from the International School in Protocol and Diplomacy (ISPD) Brussels of Innovation in Diplomacy Network and completed a summer school course at ISPD in July 2015, in addition, Nivin is working with an NGO subgroup of Developing Real Learners to develop a curriculum for Emerging Leaders in Learning Organization and other professional global organizations. In 2013 she attended 3 international conferences (The Alliance of International Education Qatar – ECIS April Leadership conference Berlin - International Admissions Conference in Zurich entitled The Multiple Intelligences of School Admissions). In February 2014, Nivin was invited to be a keynote speaker in Taipei -Taiwan for “OpenApply Admissions and Technology Conference 2014”, she presented two successful presentations. In September 2014, Nivin was invited to do workshops for the German European School in Singapore for four days based on Cross-Cultural harmony across departments and blending coaching skills into international schools admission office. By November 2014, Nivin attended a Team Secretary training in Jordan-Amman with the Council of International Schools (CIS). December 2014, Nivin presented in Dubai for ManageBac conference. In April 2015, Nivin was a member of accreditation CIS team visit to a school in Ankara-Turkey. October 2015, Nivin presented” Blending Coaching into Admission” at Learning and the Storytellers Conference in Bucharest- Romania.

Nivin’s mission in life is to empower people through blending Coaching skills in admission practices of International schools, and working at establishing a charity committee in her home country Lebanon.
